Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced Medicare Hospice recertification and State relicensure survey completed 10/23/2023 through 10/25/2023 and 10/27/2023, Grane Hospice Care was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
